Self Discovery Programme

Week 1-2: Initial Assessment and Goal Setting

During the first two weeks, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your current situation, identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth. Together, we will define clear, specific goals that reflect your deepest desires and create a solid foundation for the rest of the program.

Week 3-4: Mindset and Belief Transformation

Building the right mindset is crucial for success. In these two weeks, we will delve into your limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and negative thought patterns that may be holding you back. Through powerful coaching techniques, we will rewire your brain, replacing self-sabotaging thoughts with empowering beliefs that align with your goals.

Week 5-6: Personal Growth and Development

To achieve sustainable transformation, personal growth is key. These two weeks will be dedicated to expanding your knowledge, developing new skills, and adopting healthy habits. We will explore strategies to improve your time management, productivity, and overall well-being, ensuring you have the tools to thrive in various areas of your life.

Week 7-8: Clearing Obstacles and Taking Action

Often, obstacles can hinder our progress and deter us from pursuing our dreams. In weeks seven and eight, we will address any internal or external barriers that are impeding your success. We will develop effective action plans, establish accountability systems, and overcome any fears or resistance, allowing you to move forward with confidence.

Week 9-10: Transformational Relationships

Positive and supportive relationships are vital for personal growth. During these two weeks, we will explore techniques for effective communication, conflict resolution, and boundary setting. Together, we will enhance your relationships, whether it be with family, friends, or colleagues, creating a strong support system that encourages and uplifts you.

Week 11-12: Integration and Future Planning

As we approach the last two weeks of the program, we will focus on integrating the changes you've made and solidifying your progress. We will celebrate your accomplishments, reflect on the lessons learned, and revise your goals for the future. Finally, we will develop an individualized plan to ensure your continued growth beyond the program.

  • The programme is set over a period of 3 Months, 12 Sessions, 1 hour each

    The total investment is £2,880 with 3 payments of £960 payable at the beginning of each month.

    Access to free meditations and workshops

    10% discount on paid meditations and workshops

  • I see clients face to face in my office in Hove, East Sussex on Mondays and Tuesdays, in my office in London on Wednesday and Thursday.

    Remote consultations are available Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
